Dental Implant Restorations in Stow, MA

Have dental implants already been placed and you’re ready to complete your smile? At Stow Acres Family Dental, Dr. Kate McPherson, DDS specializes in restoring dental implants that have already been placed in the jaw by a specialist. Our role is to design and attach the custom crown, bridge, or denture that gives your implant its natural appearance and full function.

Dental implant restorations are the final step in the implant process and play a critical role in how your smile looks and feels. A properly restored implant allows you to chew comfortably, speak clearly, and smile with confidence—while blending seamlessly with your natural teeth.

Whether you need a single implant crown or restorations for multiple implants, our Stow, MA dental office provides precise, customized care focused on long-term comfort, function, and aesthetics.

DDS

Kate McPherson

When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, Dr. McPherson always confidently answered, “A dentist, of course.” Growing up in Raleigh, North Carolina, she admired her family dentist and the way he treated every patient as if they were a close friend or family member. She aspired to be a dentist and carry on the same philosophy of patient care in her practice.

Dr. McPherson graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College at East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She then continued her education at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, where she earned her DDS degree. With a desire to further her education and acquire more experience treating patients with special healthcare needs, Dr. McPherson traded the warm North Carolina weather for a General Practice Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. During this program, she worked at several Harvard-affiliated institutions, where she gained advanced experience in clinical and emergency dentistry.

About Our Practice

About Us

What Are Dental Implants?

A dental implant consists of a titanium root that is surgically placed into the jawbone by a dental specialist to replace a missing tooth root. Over time, the bone fuses with the implant, creating a strong foundation for a custom-made crown that resembles your natural teeth. At Stow Acres Family Dental, we focus on restoring dental implants once they have been placed, completing both the function and aesthetics of your smile.

Types of Dental Implant Restorations Stow, Massachusetts Residents Can Choose

At Stow Acres Family Dental, our Stow implant restoration team provides custom solutions for dental implants that have already been placed by a specialist:

Single Tooth Implant Restorations

For patients missing one tooth, a dental implant crown restores a previously placed implant with a natural-looking replacement. This final step involves attaching a custom crown designed to match your existing teeth.

Multiple Tooth Implant Restorations

When several teeth are missing, multiple existing dental implants can support a bridge or partial denture. Restoring implants in this way helps replace missing teeth without altering adjacent healthy teeth.

Full Mouth Dental Implant Restorations Stow, MA

For patients missing all their teeth, full mouth dental implant restorations offer a fixed alternative to removable dentures. Restoration options include:

  • All-on-4® implant restorations
  • Implant-supported dentures
  • Implant-supported bridges

Dr. McPherson will help determine which implant restoration option best meets your needs during your consultation.

  • Type of restoration needed (crown, bridge, or denture)
  • Timeline for completing your restoration
  • Cost of dental implant restorations in Stow, Massachusetts

3. Final Restoration

Once your implants are ready, you’ll return to our Stow dental office to have your custom-made crown, bridge, or denture securely attached—completing your smile restoration.
